chiarodiluna è una beerfirm nata a gennaio 2022 ed è situata a Silvano Pietra, un piccolissimo paesino dell'Oltrepò pavese.

L'idea parte da molto lontano, nella cantina di un anonimo paesino e proprio questo aspetto ha portato ad italianizzare "Moonshine" (i distillati clandestini nati negli Stati Uniti) in chiarodiluna.

Il tutto iniziò nel 2012, quando per curiosità acquistai un kit pronto per fare birra in casa, da lì sbocciò la passione per 'l'homebrewing, che unita alla voglia di continua sperimentazione mi portò ben presto alla tecnica ALL GRAIN.

Iniziando con una semplice pentola e strumenti rudimentali arrivai all'autocostruzione di un vero e proprio impianto a 3 tini da 50l che oggi fa da impianto pilota per lo sviluppo delle nuove ricette.

L'idea di dare maggiore spazio a questa passione e di creare qualcosa di mio prende piede. Iniziai, quindi, a partecipare a corsi presso il CERB di Perugia per imparare a gestire al meglio tutto il processo produttivo, dalla stesura della ricetta fino al confezionamento della bottiglia finita.

Ed infine eccoci qua! Nel Gennaio 2022 è nata chiarodiluna!

Attualmente ci affidiamo a birrifici già avviati e sfruttando i loro impianti mettiamo in produzione su larga scala le nostre ricette.

La nostra missione è quella di trasmettere al bevitore la nostra passione per la birra artigianale e offrire sempre un prodotto di qualità, ricalcando le tradizioni dei vari stili birrari ma al contempo cercando di portare sapori e profumi nuovi.

Inoltre, il nostro obbiettivo è di creare una azienda che sia eco-sostenibile.
