La nostra azienda, Società Agricola Tre Querce, nasce nel 2013 con l'acquisto dei terreni a Magliano in Toscana, nella Maremma grossetana.

Inizia così la nostra attività, partendo dal recupero del vecchio oliveto e dalla rimessa in coltura dei seminativi, entrambi abbandonati da molti anni.

Fin dall'inizio della nostra attività, aderiamo al metodo di coltivazione biologico con lo scopo di produrre alimenti di elevata qualità e salubrità.

Continuiamo il nostro percorso con la costruzione del centro aziendale e con l'acquisto delle macchine e dei primi attrezzi. Inoltre, aumentiamo la superficie ad oliveto con la messa a dimora di circa 700 piante di olivo, tra le varietà tipiche della Toscana: frantoio, leccino, moraiolo, maurino e pendolino.

Nel 2021 iniziamo una piccola attività di allevamento apistico che ci permetterà di produrre nei prossimi anni anche del buon miele toscano.

Attualmente, ci dedichiamo alla valorizzazione dei prodotti aziendali, cereali e olive, che vengono lavorati e trasformati da aziende toscane di nostra fiducia per la produzione di olio, pasta e farina.
