Flavor mix for Casachella chicken 50 g - Glass jar

The content of the bag is the result of our study and our research in order to obtain a mix of Mediterranean aromatic herbs capable of enhancing the flavor of meat, fish and vegetables in the best possible way. In particular, this mix goes perfectly with chicken, potatoes and all white meats.

A drizzle of oil and the dish is ready!

The herbs and spices carefully chosen to create this mix are: rosemary, thyme, sage, bay leaf, black pepper, paprika and salt.

The herbs are dried naturally, according to tradition and without the aid of electronic dryers. The twigs and leaves carefully chosen during the harvesting phase, after being cleaned, are left to rest in a controlled temperature environment, in the dark for a few weeks in order to better preserve the organoleptic properties.

When the jar of Ogliastro Saffron roast aromas is opened, its unmistakable and unique scent will quickly spread throughout your home.
