The administrative offices of Agricook wait for the entire transaction to be completed and for consumers to be satisfied before transferring the compensation to the agritourisms and farms. Generally the payment arrives within 14 days after the service / delivery of the product. If 14 days have already passed and you have not received the payment, fill out the form above and contact us directly.

The Agricook commission is calculated directly at the payment stage based on the subscription you have subscribed to:

  • if you have a Basic subscription you will receive the amount indicated by you minus 8% for Agricook commissions
  • if you have a Pro subscription you will receive the amount indicated by you minus 5% for Agricook commissions
  • if you have a Pro + subscription you will receive the amount indicated by you minus 3% for Agricook commissions

Yes, we can take care of the professional presentation of your business and your services through our team of copywriters, photographers, videomakers and marketing experts. These activities are excluded from the subscription packages and must be requested directly from our offices by filling out the form above.

If you choose to offer home delivery services, you can organize yourself or rely on one of the many couriers active in your area. Unfortunately, to date, Agricook helps you manage orders / reservations, but does not directly deal with delivery logistics.

If you have chosen shipping as a method to receive your products at home, you will receive 1 shipment for each supplier included in your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation for each manufacturer. Once the notification is received it will take approximately 2-3 days to receive your purchase.

We are always very attentive to customer satisfaction, for this reason, for any problem, contact us by sending an email to [email protected], together we will find the best way to resolve it.

Once the complaints have been examined, they will be sent to the individual manufacturer who will contact you to complete the return.


Returns can only be made on products that have the possibility of being put back on the market, unopened and in their original packaging also following the Covid regulations.


Perishable products cannot be returned.

Each manufacturer can decide whether to apply in cart minimum. When you add the products to your basket you will see any minimum order, free shipping and other manufacturer related settings.

Being quality and artisanal products, it may happen that a product may no longer be available after the order. In this case, contact [email protected], we will find the best solution together with the manufacturer.
