A treat, a side dish, a condiment: our pickles are all this and more! The artichokes we use are all of our own production, therefore with zero residue, and are harvested and processed entirely by hand. We always select them with care and package them in the shortest possible time, so that they maintain their authentic taste and aroma. To prepare our pickles we follow the ancient recipes of the Piras family, in full respect of tradition.
