Oil can be produced industrially, or according to traditional methods that maintain the colour, texture and fragrance of the freshly picked olives. The oil you can buy on Agricook is produced this way. Each olive is harvested by the farms and agritourisms in our community, which are responsible for pres-sing and bottling so that you can rediscover the Italian taste of good EVO oil in every bottle.
