Pasta carbonara
Ingredients
  • 400g of spaghetti or rigatoni
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g of smoked bacon
  • 100g of grated pecorino romano cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
Procedure

Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes: pasta carbonara! This delicious dish originated in Roman cuisine and is prepared with a few quality Italian ingredients, such as pasta, eggs, bacon, and pecorino cheese.

First, boil a pot of salted water for the pasta. Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet, brown the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the pecorino cheese, salt and pepper. When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan with the bacon, stir well and remove from the heat. At this point, add the bowl with the eggs and cheese to the pasta and mix well so that the heat of the pasta thickens the sauce. Serve immediately, warm and grate some pecorino cheese on top to complete the dish. Enjoy your meal!

This pasta carbonara is a simple but delicious recipe that brings out the flavor of smoked bacon and pecorino cheese. In addition, using only quality Italian ingredients ensures that the dish is wholesome and tasty.
