Apple and walnut cake

  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 150 g of wheat flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 150 g of wheat flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

  1. Peel and dice the apples and set them aside.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until frothy.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter until the butter is completely melted.
  4. Combine the egg and sugar mixture with the hot milk and butter, mixing well.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg-milk mixture, mixing well until smooth.
  7. Add the apples and chopped walnuts to the mixture and mix well.
  8. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake pan.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Bake and allow to cool before serving.
