  • 125 g of sugar

Procedure

Take the milk with the vanilla sugar and bring it to the boil, then remove it from the heat and set it aside. Now whisk the egg yolks with the sugar in a large bowl, pour the milk over them and bring them back to the heat. Cook, stirring until the cream thickens, never bring it to a boil.
