Ingredients
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g of seed oil
  • 1 lemon or two tablespoons of white vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
Procedure

Take a bowl and put the two egg yolks with a pinch of salt and pepper. Squeeze a lemon and keep the juice, it will serve later. Start by pouring the oil slowly, stirring with a whisk, stir well before adding more. Dilute it with lemon juice and continue alternating oil and lemon. You should get a well whipped sauce.
