Ingredients
  • FLOUR 00 375 gr
  • HOT MILK 240 ml
  • MELTED BUTTER 60 gr
  • SUGAR 50 gr
  • DRY BEER YEAST 7 gr
  • SALT UP TO 7 gr
  • EGGS 1
Procedure

In hot milk, dissolve half of the sugar and the yeast. Then take a large bowl and start mixing the butter with the egg, the remaining sugar and the salt. Then add the milk with the yeast and the flour, at this point knead until you get a soft dough. Let it rise for 2 hours. Now roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut 9 square pieces by folding them in half. Place them in the greased pan and let them rise for another hour. Brush the sandwiches with melted butter, add a pinch of salt and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
