Ingredients

250 gr of dark chocolate
170 grams of sugar
4 eggs
100 gr of butter
60 gr of potato starch

Procedure

To prepare our flourless dark chocolate cake we start by chopping the dark chocolate in a blender. Then we melt it in a bain-marie with the butter and keep it warm to keep it from thickening. In the meantime, add the eggs to the sugar and create a soft and fluffy mixture. Add 60 grams of potato starch and combine the two compounds together. We mix well in order to mix everything. Grease the pan and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Always check with a toothpick to understand the cooking level.
