Ingredients

500 minced meat
80 gr of grated parmesan
100 gr of breadcrumbs
1 egg Salt and herbs Cooked ham 2 slices
4 slices scamorza
About 10 asparagus

Procedure

To prepare our Easter meatloaf with ham, scamorza cheese and asparagus, let’s start with the latter, blanch them in salted water for about 5 ‘minutes and then sauté them in a pan with butter. Then let them cool.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the minced meat with the grated bread, cheese and 1 egg. We add salt and aromatic herbs and mix well. We spread the meat on the parchment paper and flatten it well with your fingers, on top we put the two slices of cooked ham, the smoked cheese and the asparagus. Roll it up well and close it with parchment paper. We bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. We remove the pan, open the paper and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. We will thus have a nice golden crust.
