Procedure

In a large bowl, break the bread into small pieces, soak it in the warm milk and then mix, making sure that all the bread is soaked. Let it rest for about 30 minutes and then mash everything with a fork. Pour in the sugar, lemon and, mixing well, add the egg and flour. Stir in the raisins (soaked in water and squeezed), the apple and pear cut into cubes. Pour the mixture into a 22 cm diameter mold with baking paper. Put the rosemary needles and pieces of butter on the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 1 hour. Let it cool before serving.
