  • BASMATI RICE 200 gr
  • EGGS 3
  • SALT UP to taste
  • CHION GRASS to taste
  • SEED OIL to taste
Procedure

Start by cooking the rice enriching it with chopped chives. Separate the yolks from the whites, add a pinch of salt and then beat them. Oil a pan and cook the yolks. Cut the omelette into strips and space them inside the pan. Now take the egg whites and pour them into a pan, simmer. On one side add the rice and roll up the omelette. Serve it on a serving plate with some chives.
