Procedure

Boil the eggs for about 8-10 minutes and let them cool. Remove the shell and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl, also adding the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, parsley and sweet paprika. Stir until you get a soft mixture. Now bread the egg whites by passing them in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry them until they are golden brown on the outside. Now stuff the egg whites with the cream obtained previously, you can use a pastry bag.
