Ingredients
  • Precooked chickpeas 300 g
  • Yellow peppers 100 g
  • Round courgettes 100 g
  • Datterini tomatoes 100 g
  • Red onions 80 g
  • Cucumbers 50 g
  • Feta / fresh cheese 60 g
  • Mint 12 g
  • Lemons 1
  • Seed oil or olive oil 20 g
  • Salt up to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
Procedure

Prepare the dressing by pouring the mint leaves and oil into a jug and blend with the mixer, add the lemon. Now continue with the detaching the stalk with the pepper seeds and cut it into strips. Cut the tomatoes in half and the courgette in slices, obtaining then some sticks. Make slices from the cucumber. Same thing for the onion. Take a large bowl and pour in the precooked chickpeas, continue adding the other ingredients and finally season everything with the oil and mint, salt and pepper. Mix well and add the crumbled fresh cheese, now you can serve
